If you wish to return a product(s) for a full refund or exchange, you must first contact us via e-mail to info@towelradiatorstore.com within 30 days of your order date. You must provide your order number and reason for returning the product(s) within your e-mail. We will then instruct you on how and where to return the product(s).

Product(s) can only be return for a refund or exchange if the following conditions are met:

• We have been informed within 30 days of the original order date
• none of the products have been used
• all returned products are in the original condition and untampered packaging*
• all returned products can be re-sold

* Please note that you will be liable for the delivery and return costs. The original delivery & return costs (if we arrange the collection from your address) will be deducted from the refund of your cancelled order.
